Why is the Pentagon, unsolicited, offering the most unstable, least nuanced president in history “extreme measures”?
What other options are so bad that they have to be made more palatable sounding?
Why is the pentagon pushing a president to do more extreme things by putting up ideas that seem unthinkably extreme?
Why wouldn’t they just put up options that seem appropriate and if some president wants more then present more or less then less?
Why always escalation? (Imagine a world post 9/11 where we didn’t lash out)
